It’s time to warm up those vocal cords—Babble Royale, the high-energy speaker competition from the AAP Section on Emergency Medicine, is back for YEAR TWO at the AAP National Conference and Exhibition in Denver, Colorado!

Returning champion Alexandra “The Great” Cheetham will defend her title against three new competitors—and we’re looking for them now! Do you—or someone you know—have what it takes to captivate the crowd, drop a punchline of clinical pearls, and deliver a knockout talk?

This is your chance to compete on a national stage where only the most engaging, entertaining, and eloquent speakers will prevail. Whether you’re known for powerful storytelling or razor-sharp wit, we invite you to step into the arena.

Results of the inaugural Babble Royale!

The inaugural Babble Royale competition was held on Sunday, September 29, 2024 during the Section on Emergency Medicine program at the American Academy of Pediatrics National Conference and Exhibition.

Four competitors delivered their best presentations. Alexandra The Great took home the championship with her presentation on pain management for fractures. The four competitors with their “entrance videos” are:
